Welcome to SmartBot AI, located at https://shoppili.com (the "Site"). We understand that privacy is important to our users, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies for all users of the Site and the services offered by SmartBot AI (collectively, "Services").

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

PII refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify or contact an individual, including, but not limited to, name, email address, and payment information. It also includes information you link to the service, such as your Facebook Page data.

What PII is collected?

We collect basic user profile information upon registration: your full name and email address. For Authorized Customers who connect their social media pages or websites, we also collect and store necessary data from the Meta (Facebook) Graph API (including Page ID, Page Name, and an encrypted Access Token) and from your WordPress site (including site URL and an encrypted Application Password).

What organizations collect information?

In addition to our direct collection, our third-party service partners collect information. Chargily processes all payment information for our subscription plans; we do not store your credit card details. Meta (Facebook) provides the page data necessary for the chatbot and posting features to function via their API. Our application is hosted on servers provided by a DZSecurity (Web Hosting Provider) and our automation workflows run on Render.com, both of which act as data sub-processors.

How does the Site use PII?

We use your PII to operate and customize the Services. Your Facebook Page data is used exclusively to power the AI chatbot and post manager. Your WordPress data is used exclusively to publish AI-generated articles to your site. Your name and email are used for account management and billing communication.

How is PII stored and secured?

PII collected by SmartBot AI is securely stored. Sensitive information, such as your Facebook Page Access Token, is encrypted in our database. Access to this information is restricted to qualified employees on a need-to-know basis to provide the service and support.

Are Cookies Used on the Site?

Yes. We use Cookies primarily for security and session management. For example, we use cookies to keep you logged in to your account. If you are logged on and the site is unused for a period, our system may log you out automatically to protect your account.

How can Users correct inaccuracies or request data deletion?

Authorized Customers may contact us to update their PII or correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at support@shoppili.com. You can also request the deletion of your account and all associated data through your account profile page or by contacting support. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and all related data from our systems.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?

We will inform our users about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site.
