You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the content of the system prompts you provide and the posts or messages generated by the AI on your behalf. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SmartBot AI and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You have no right to use our content in a commercial or public setting, copy, save, print, sell, or publish any portion of the content of this Site without our express written permission.
You are prohibited from using the Service to generate or publish content that violates Facebook's Community Standards, is unlawful, spammy, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Authorized Customers may contact us to update their PII or correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at support@shoppili.com. You can also request the deletion of your account and all associated data through your account profile page or by contacting support. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and all related data from our systems.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SmartBot AI disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated content. You assume all risks related to its use. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using our service.
Paid services are billed on a subscription basis. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Chargily. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Algeria. The hearing will take place in the city of the owner of SmartBot AI.
